Homemade Pasta in Recipes
Yesterday and today, I have posted recipes for basic pasta and spinach pasta.
Homemade pasta works in any recipe that calls for pasta.
However, keep in mind that you will have to reduce the cooking time, since fresh pasta only needs 3 to 5 minutes to cook.
