Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe

My favorite Chinese cuisine dish is sweet and sour chicken. When we try out a new restaurant, I always get it.

If it's good, I'm willing to go back. If not, I want to keep looking, even if the rest of the food is good.

I don't have a good Sweet and Sour Chicken recipe, so I have been researching to find one. Below are some links to recipes I found that I want to try. I prefer crispy chicken to chewy, so that preference plays into my selections. I also prefer to dip my chicken in the sweet and sour sauce, so that too plays into my selections below.
