As a long time pasta lover, I was ecstatic to get a Fox Run Pasta Machine for Christmas. It wasn't the KitchenAid pasta attachment I wanted. That one was a little pricy for Santa this year, but it is a pasta machine. I can't wait to make my own pasta for my family.
Since I don't know exactly what is in store bought pasta, and I prefer fresh over dry anyway, my menu for this month will feature home made pasta.
The machine came with a recipe that I will be trying. I want to try several to see which is the one my family enjoys the most. I found some recipes I want to use my homemade pasta in, too, on AllRecipes.com. I especially want to try the Homemade Chicken Fettuccine.
